That girl from around the bay. Tuesday, November 10, 2015. I am going to share a condensed version of my last 8 months, one of the hardest things I have ever done and the reason I did it. In 2012 if you had told me I would finish a marathon I would have laughed. I had just moved back to Newfoundland, my family was getting settled into a new community and I was building my Massage Therapy practice.

Our son was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 five days after birth. We were told he probably would live for two months- no more. He has managed to defy the odds placed against him. 8220;Every day is a journey,. And the journey itself is home. Our Life on the Road. Love and a Leap of Faith.
