I started this blog so I would have a place to post my thoughts about adult learning. As well as teaching, I work as a TROPIC observer - Teachers Reflecting on Practice in Contexts - a peer observation system for giving Teachers feedback about the flow of a lesson and the microskills used for communication and behaviour management.
