A Learning Portfolio and Experience. When I started this class I thought it was going to be a piece of cake because of the experiences I have had using technology inside the classroom. I quickly realized that the course would go far beyond the resources I was familiar with. This class added many new ideas, skills, and resources to my list of things to accomplish in the classroom. Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Sunday, November 15, 2009. I have went back and used google docs to update some other assignments and found it very useful. As a teacher I would use this application to help students learn to work cooperatively with others and learn to collaborate to complete assignments. The building of these skills will help students in many ways later in life and not just in school.

Friday, November 27, 2009. It was fun to work with a partner and get the assignment completed. Tracie and I were partners. We split the assignment in half and communicated via gmail until we were both finished and ready to turn it in. It went really smooth and was fairly easy! Friday, October 23, 2009. My experience with computers was above average before starting this class, and now I have learned many more new things. The course introduced me to programs and websites I had never used before.
