Saturday, May 28, 2016. After a wonderful week on the island of Maui we then flew over to Oahu and drove north to Laie where we had rented another beautiful house. The house had a pool overlooking Puehuehu Bay. The pool water was around 83 degrees but felt nice. By getting up early every morning I had the chance to read. Taken from the porch outside our room. Bill and Lon catching some fish by the house. The 5 of us drove inland and toured the Dole Plantation.

Remy turned 9 months old! She is scooting all over the floor, pulling herself up, jabbering a lot, eating all kinds of big girl food, sleeping through the night and just all over the place! She has this talking dog that she LOVES. Im talking obsession here! Other than go.
Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Do yourself a favor and make these. Even though nutella is perfect, I think I will try these with Biscoff spread to see how they turn out. Also, the first time I made these my pastry was barely thawed. The second time, it was completely thawed but still cold. I would recommend the former. The barely thawed dough was fall apart flaky and all around perfection.
