A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. So langsam aber sicher ist auch in Südafrika der Winter angekommen. Am Tag haben wir kalte 29 Grad und ab 17 Uhr kühlt es ganz schnell ab. Die Nächte sind mittlerweile so kalt, dass man seinen eigenen Atem sehen kann und nun doch eine dickere Decke bräuchte. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht mehr in Dauerbetrieb, sondern hat ihrerseits den Winterschlaf eingelegt. Am Nachmittag entschlossen wir u.
Für ein paar Monate werde ich mich ans andere Ende der Welt nach Neuseeland verziehen um dort zu arbeiten und hoffentlich gaaaanz viel zu reisen und zu sehen zu bekommen, von dem ich dann hier berichten und euch Bilder zeigen kann! Monday, February 16, 2009.

Sunday, May 31, 2015. I can officially turn off my alarm clock for the early am ritual of uniforms, snacks, and getting my munchkies off to school. Also- this sucks when your alarm clock does not have a snooze button and wants to wake you every 5 minutes from a 3 hour slumber.
