Today was a travel day. I left the conference just after lunch and hopped on a 2 PM flight back home. I had a 3 hour lay over in Charlotte and ran into someone who shares the same love of Georgetown. It was nice to have a glass of wine and talk about our favorite places. This was definitely one of my favorite conferences of the yea.
A sunny and sugar-fuelled Easter. Good Friday is not a holiday here, surprisingly, and the weather was poor so we stayed in and played board games. On Saturday we had a dinner party for our local friends.
Sooner or later I am going to fix that image at the top. I tried to update Word Press. End of year updates for the family. This is loosely what we are having the next 2 weeks, plus takeout and leftovers. I Have a New Job! Why wa.
