My Cross Stitch Projects! Wednesday, 15 July 2015. A tad emotional today looking at my stitching and my Nanna and Grandad remembering the happy times. Friday, 10 July 2015. The first one out of the bag is Playtime Kitty. Tuesday, 30 June 2015.
Today I can reveal what I sent and received for the Tutti Frutti Exchange! I received a lovely parcel all the way from Dubai. Stitched a very pretty raspberry bookmark for me and a matching biscornu. I have only ever stitched one biscornu before and that was for an exchange, so I am very pleased that I now own one. Thank you Sarah for such thoughtful gifts. My parcel travelled across the English Channel to Rose. My BF saw a photo.
Sunday, 16 August 2015. The fabric is white georgette. It slipped a lot so there was plenty of cursing from me. The seams are very frayed and will keep doing so until it has reached the stitching. I definitely recommend an overlocker for this type of fabric. Yves Saint Laurent - Style is Eternal.

Its more than 40 degrees C, which is more than 100 degrees F. Every day is a test in patience. Cars have literally been exploding in the heat. Just blowing up. Spontaneously.
