I deployed for the initial invasion of Iraq and returned with a non-combat injury 9 months later. As a Ranger-qualified Infantryman I lived by NEVER LEAVE A FALLEN COMRADE. Many of my Brothers and Sisters in Arms have returned scarred, internally and externally. America must stand by her Veterans- our comrades- never leaving one without a way home.
