Saturday, September 7, 2013. Temporary weight loss or permanent lifestyle change. How many times have made a pledge to lose some weight? How many times have you gained weight back? As I write this I just completed a personal weight loss goal. It was done with the help of USANA Shakes and Protein Snacks. There was also a focus on exercise, getting enough sleep, supplementation, and eating right.
