A few thoughts that went through me when i went to my grandma place yesterday for dinner. 1 While looking at my grandpa having his daily dosage of medicine, it got me wondering is it because of this medicine that is sustaining him up to this age or his strong vitality, because hardly do I see an elderly at an age of 75 able to walk without having to complain of any pain or aches.
