Wednesday, 5 February 2014. A warm welcome from all the children in Room 2. We have had a wonderful holiday and today we celebrate the different cultures in our class and school. We have children with a variety of ancestry. We have Maori, Samoan, Sri Lankan, Irish, East Timorese and Philipino. What a great variety! We are looking forward to a great year! Tuesday, 11 August 2015. Sunday, 2 August 2015. Our netball team they are so cool. Congratulations to our wonderful basketball team who finished the season so well and were placed 2nd. This week at school we carried on with some science experiments. Group3 did one about how to make an egg float in glass of water. They used salt to make it float. And the netball B team came 6. The soccer A team came 3.
Our church is located on NE corner of Old York and Old Welsh roads. Worship God and celebrate his presence. Follow Jesus in our daily lives.
Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Nature Study at the Zoo. We started our afternoon, as we always start our day at the zoo, with the giraffes. Rafiki, the male bull, was in time-out while we were there. He had been swinging his head around at people, so he was put in a time out. It was such a neat experience! Learning and fun.
