Just a quick pop in - to welcome in 2013 . 2012 was A FABULOUS YEAR all around for me , personally and in being in the marketplace. More than anything else returning to the marketplace simply did not leave me with much time to scrap or for cardmaking. Who have made my days bright and inspired.
Thursday, August 25, 2011. This is a layout I did of my niece, Charlie. I based the layout off the Pages In Time sketch of the week. I used the Stella and Rose paper line, fussy cut some of the photos and added some flowers, butterflies and pearls to accent it. Wednesday, February 22, 2012. This Color Challenge was to use Poppy Parade, Real Red, Regal Rose and Alwa. Again I used the Marker Layering. Technique for this card and the Manhattan Flowers set. I used all three Red based colors on the flowers plus Daffodil Delight for the stamens. Tuesday, February 21, 2012. The next color challenge I completed was using Regal Rose, Blushing Bride and Old Olive. I finished the card by spraying on some Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz. Also, just a note, I did use Basic Bl.
