August 10TH Wednesday Ramah Care Center Nairobi, Kenya. ONE CHILD AT A TIME. We cannot afford to pay the teachers, pay rent and feed the children, especially since food prices are getting too high. But if we do not feed the children they will not come to school. Most of them will go to the dumps and look for food or they will begin begging on the streets. Tuesday, January 12, 2010. I have an entertainment center. I wanted one for years and years and we finally bought one as our Christmas gift. What was so fantastic about this particular entertainment center was that it came with a television. A 73 inch television! They were delivered the day before Thanksgiving, and the Christmas decorations went up that weekend.
