Black Bean and Corn Salsa. The juice of 1 lemon. 1 can of black beans. 1 can of whole kernel corn. Chop up the onion and garlic and combine in the serving bowl with the lemon juice so it will cut some of the bitter while you chop the rest. Chop the remaining vegetables and add them to the bowl. 1 whole medium sized tomato. The juice for 3 limes.
