We love sandwiches and most of all a great panini! I got this recipe off of Our Best Bites and adapted it a bit. What makes this so good is the garlic herb spread and marinated artichokes. I love the Costco jarred artichokes. We use them on salads, pastas and now paninis. Do not make it without this! I also added fresh spinach to our panini to add another vege. One loaf rustic sourdough bread. One jar marinated artichoke hearts. Tomato, sliced or roasted red peppers are fantastic. 1 12 C mayo. And t.CONTENT
