Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Pesara sunni undalu are healthy and kids friendly laddoos, made up of skinned green gram. Split and skinned green gram or skinned moong dal-1 cup. Dry roast the moong dal in a pan on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Lower the flame and fry it until it turns brown in colour and a nice aroma forms. Turn off the stove and allow the dal to cool.
