Triathlon and Running Blog, One day the tri will happen. Toronto Marathon 5K Race Report. On May 5, 2013. What a great day for a run, sun shining and warm temps made for a glorious day out there. My goal for this 5K was to finish standing and in 40 to 50 mins as I have been nursing a knee injury. Did some warmups, which I rarely do on race day, not sure why but I did.
