Welcome to my Journey! Weigh in for August 22 and met my my first mini goal! I do apologize for the late post, there has been so much going on in my life in the past week and a half, but even though all that is happening I want to say I am proud that I have not resorted back to eating unhealthy. I am sick today with a summer cold or have we gone into fall already? But still walked a mile. August 22 2015 weigh in results. Yay way to go me. I can not wait! .
