Wednesday, August 12, 2015. A picturesque day as we depart Galilee. Once they got there, I played in the sand with Seb for a bit before donning my wetsuit and jogging over to the start. I found Tommy and stood with him, awaiting our turn. Steve regales us with a tale or two on the ferry ride over.

Friday, August 7, 2015. Blessing of the Fleet 2015. I know its been too long since the latest edition of the RIs biggest race - The Blessing of the Fleet 10 Miler back on July 24th. Heres a briefer than usual recap. I came into the race well rested. I wasnt nervous at all the day of. I was determined to run T-pace and just hold on. I didnt want to go out too fast adrenaline and down hill. The weather was decent overcast and 70s at the start, down pour for 3 miles near end. Mile 8 or 9 misery.CONTENT
