As part of this years Masters Paddle Camp, we went along to PotentRx, and did VO2 max testing using the Kayak Pro Erg again. That was this mng, so now I have my new report with my updated HR Zones, which you can see below. The other big difference is the update to HRMax, which came down from 175 to 170.
