Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Hope to Be Back in the Saddle Again. Well, this is quite a follow-up to my last blog which described our idyllic existence before lymphoma. I am glad that I was appreciative then of what a wonderful life we were living because now I really appreciate all the little details that have changed. Instead of freedom to travel and see my family, I am rather confined, but luckily, they have come to see me. I have awesome health insurance.
After spending ten days in a place, there is a certain level of comfort that is unavoidable and absolutely wonderful. We felt like we had somewhat of a routine, the culture shock had pretty much all worn off, and we were just soaking up every Aruban second we had left.
