Sunday, August 18, 2013. Introducing Katie and Violet Our First Family Pets. Heres everyone with the kittens on their first day at our house. On Monday, August 12th we got our first family pets, 2 kittens about 7 weeks old. They were barn cats we got from a farm outside of town. Were hoping theyll be good mousers and keep the pests away from our house when it gets cold. The kittens have about the same coloring, but Katies got longer fur than Violet. This is Katie, named by Lottie. Here are the boys.
