African Violet species, minis and vintage, and now Chirita! Thursday, June 21, 2012. There have been many changes in my life over the past two years, some sad and some very happy. Because I have been so busy, and my house is small with little growing room, I decided to find homes for almost all my violets. I kept four, and a few Chirita, which I understand are now renamed Primulina. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. JoAnne Martinez above and below.
Thursday, August 13, 2015. looked like a hippy town to me. Here are a couple pics of Arcata, sans weird people. The fuzzy dark circle to the top right is a permanent fixture of my camera now, since it is a point and shoot and not a DSLR, which I could open and clean. Thursday, January 5, 2017. I am not letting this follow me any further into the new year. I need to get this off my chest. I am not the type to give up on people easily, but some people are no longer worth the effort. I occasionally touched base with them. It was time to go. We hugged and took pictures and I said I would keep in touch, and stop for a visit if we ever got back that way. Ok, but can we stop in on Monday? We are down in Indiana.
