Tuesday, May 02, 2006. Located west of Philadelphia, Ardmore, PA is part of the elite Main Line. There is a very diverse population racially, ethnically, economically and socially. I will be focusing on an area of Ardmore that historically has had a lower socio-economic. In the following paragraphs I would like to discuss what I have found that makes this community.

Thursday, May 04, 2006. This map shows the building where I live as well as the surrounding roughly quarter of a mile that encircles my residence. But just a neighborhood that contains clusters of residencies, some of which are closer to the p. Ublic high school and some of which are closer to an ups. Friday, May 05, 2006. Many non-black Hispanics and Caucasians have been buying the properties put up for sale. They are generally starter homes for the new residents. The racial make-up of the community has been changing over the past few years and with the new construction, I believe it will continue to do so. I would guess that there is some negative feeling among the black members of the community about the ethnic change of the community.
