I made it to the gym last night, and had a great little workout. I also noticed something recently - I can actually walk up stairs a little easier than before. So even 4 days in to the new year, I can feel that my legs are a tad stronger.
Slowly getting back into it.

Friday, June 15, 2012. The ending of a road which leads to another new road in life. It has been awhile since my last post. Now that we had finished my matriculation and waiting for admission to the University. 1 year has passed so fast. I still remembered the first day of registration.
