My Ireland, a knitted journey. My Ireland, a Celtic Cape knit along. Just about a year ago now, I received an invitation to join a group on Ravelry. I accepted the invitation and found a family.
The fantablous designer Meagheen Ryan has choosen to share her Life story and history of Ireland thur the Celtic cape. There are 129 world wide doing this. How could I not do it. This scares me to death and when finished it will be the biggest thing I have done and a Heirloom! May 1, 2012.

Ah, our little girl is growing up. She also has moved from her crib into the big bed. we have a full guest bed on the floor. At one point she was running through the airport in a hoodie with a plastic knife in her hand. Argentine driving is notoriously frighten.
The ends curled and were very misshappen so I had to block it. I only gently blocked it so some of the springy nature of the drop stitches was retained. It tends to sit with one right side and one wrong side out, I think both sides look good. My small things swap came! .
