Fokus i min träning är ett annat nu med Lidingöloppet genomfört. Det känns ovant när alla träningspass under de senaste månaderna genomförts med en kommande tremil i tankarna. Ett sju månader långt bort mål. Det är knappast tal om någon formtoppning än. Träna så mycket som möjligt är alltså planen. I våras genomförde jag Göteborgsvarvet dåligt förberedd.
