Just measured my body fat with my fat-o-meter. here are the numbers. Fat 26.9 or 58lbs. GOAL IS 15 or 33 lbs at current weight. That means at least 25lbs of fat mass must be dropped at the same time as 25lbs of muscle mass must be added. My Waist Size 40 or so. Excersizes all free weights. My Waist Size 36 or less. Excersizes all free weights.
