Friday, May 3, 2013. Students are working to video their Game Demos and trying to get the code correct to finalize their games. It is a bit intimidating to stand up and explain your game ideas and facts but I am proud of the work these students are putting into their games. The cooperation between them and all our other Globaloria schools has been great! Special thank you to Denise at Randolph Technical and her intern for helping us with a coding issue that had us all stumped! Keep up the good work! .
Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Our game is coing along. We alomst have the first level of the game completed. All that is left is the scene where you have to drive the truck down the road to make it home and you will have to stop along the way to check in your deer. Also, we need a screne for when you do not get the deer. Here is a picture from our game! It is whenever the hunter is trying to shoot his deer. Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Monday, December 6, 2010. I need to make a fade in and fade out screen for my game. In between the answers and the questions I want a screen where I can reinforce the lesson they just learned. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. The main menu will be my first screen. On this screen there will be the name of my game and a button to go to the next scene. The next button will lead to the introduction scene which is the next scene. On this screen there will be three buttons to push.
Tuesday, November 23, 2010. The comments and questions I received were helpful, when relevant. I found this whole process rather excessive, I think students should do this in an empty room with just the themselves and the instructor. Overall, I think that doing this in front of a camrea and other student made getting my ideas across rather difficult. Tuesday, November 16, 2010.
