I like to have fun! Thursday, August 4, 2016. Today I felt like I should really go to yoga. I am so glad I went. 30 min into class, the instructor had us lay back and we literally went through progressive relaxation from our brains to our toes. I needed it! Life is good no matter what.

We have been crazy busy over the past month. 1 Brittin got the dog flu, he is recovering. 2 Aslon is FIVE and a HALF weeks old. he is such a big boy. 3 We have visited Aslon FIVE times since he was born. 5 hours and still managed to go to school. 5 years old! Our beef cattle are currently growing with their mamas in the field. We currently do not have any beef cattle ready for sale for processing. We anticipate being able to accept orders again in October. Our beef cattle are born and raised on our farm. We like to wait until they are over 15 months of age and then we move them to our perennial peanut field for finishing for about 3 months.
