How to blog about your life when family members are very private? Monday, April 21, 2014. I noticed more neck tension today, and found myself more focused on the sound of cars than the birds. Drawing my focus back to the birds helped to put the cars more in the background. Whether from all the weed digging I did on Saturday and Sunday, or because today is Monday and a work day, I was much more aware of aches in my body and the difficulty sitting in one position.
