Saturday, December 2, 2017. Black Friday with Pops! So, for the past two years, Elijah has joined Byron, with Black Friday shopping. They basically go to Home Depot and Lowes. Even though it is only two stores, the fact that Elijah will get up so early is impressive to both of us. In fact, this year made the 3rd year in a row that Elijah was the first one in line at Home Depot. Pretty sure it is safe to say this is a day that none of us will forget. We try very hard to remember the reason we are celebrating this very special day! We have always sang Happy Birthday to Jesus, but this year we decided to bake him a cake. We made a chocolate cake with white icing, because that is what the boys thought Jesus would like.

Thursday, November 10, 2011. Another year has passed, and I would say it was a success. Ella is extremely headstrong, mischevious, fears nothing, and has a mind of her own.
