Monday, January 2, 2012. 230 is what my scale said a couple days ago, before the New Year weekend. A month ago I finished 13. 1 miles, and today I feel more icky than ever, rather than motivated and empowered. Are you kidding me? Hoo boy.

Saturday, August 9, 2008. Did box aerobics this morning, then ran for 15 minutes on the treadmill, and finished up on upper body with free weights. Shoulders, triceps, biceps, and chest.
