Friday, 7 August 2015. This table is terrific and caters really well for students to sit at an appropriate height when discussing a text. During the session below our focus was syllables. We have also been using STOP! These cards are great at establishing connections in the text.
Friday, 24 July 2015. In science we have been learning about Matter. Matter is what everything in the whole world is made of, including pencils, mountains, air and even us! The 3 states of matter are SOLID, LIQUID and GAS. We did an experiment to see how things change from one state of matter to another. Water vinegar banana bread rice butter tomato sauce. Congratulations to Braedyn, Kate and Kim who were recognised for all their hard work and efforts at Assembly last week.
