Sunday, January 21, 2018. IT WAS SO GORGEOUS! The Aston Islander On The Beach was a perfect place for us. the beach was literally just a few steps out our sliding glass door! The beautiful sunrises right outside our door. This was an awesome tunnel of trees! There were roosters and chickens EVERYWHERE, on the island. Needless to say, I never ate chicken while we were there! EVERYWHERE we went Jim searched for fruit and wood! .

Friday, March 30, 2018. But, airfare was a little too steep, and the rush to get the kids passports a little too daunting so we gave up on Mexico for another day.

Monday, November 25, 2013. The Manning Men have definitely begun a tradition of yearly adventurous hunts. This year was the year of the big buck. Brydon flew out to South Dakota to head out to the Badlands to hunt down a monster buck. After only 5 hours the hunt was a huge success! This big guy measured in at 180! Of course they had to fit in some pheasant hunting in 3 degree weather. Meanwhile, back in Texas, we got our first ice storm. Brydon, Jennifer, Caleb, and Cooper, too.

Sunday, October 14, 2012. McKyrie was voted in to Student Council to represent her class. I am so proud of her and think she is going to have a great time doing this. This is something totally outside her comfort zone. she had to speak in front of the class and ask for them to vote for her. She wrote an awesome speech though, so how could they not vote for her? Now who is going to get her to school early on Thursdays for her meetings? I hate waking up early! Sunday, September 30, 2012. First, I should say.

Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Like everyone else in AZ we got drenched with rain and hail on Wednesday. I was minding my own business cleaning my house and I heard the biggest explosion of thunder in my life! Saturday, September 25, 2010. Wednesday was a very special day at our house, Banks turned 1! We celebrated by giving him a really big nasty meaty bone that was quite disgusting, but he sure enjoyed it.

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Well apparently I only get on and post once a semester these days. Just a few more days and I will technically be a 4th year dental student. The time has flown by.
