The Reason For The Season. December was a crazy month. Mostly, I remember feeling stressed out. Stressed out about getting the house decorated, purchasing presents, working a few days at the lab, dealing with sickness and lots of sassiness from Kara, and freezing. Cold weather with lots of snow. Tears and little hesitation! Let it get to me but it still did.

Holding and feeding him while he had it on was a little tricky, but not hard at all. How lucky we are that the equipment was available for use to use at home. We love our new baby. He is so sweet. Sunday, September 4, 2011. My granddaughter loves going to the woods. We took her to see the deer farm that had a little woods area, and she loved to roam around. Every day she asks when we are going back to the woods so I thought it would be nice to get out of the heat and go spend the day in cool country. I started checking online for a nice area to hike and enjoy cooler weather. I found the perfect spot called Horton Creek Trail just outside Payson, which is a two hour drive from here.
