Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Day 1 of juicing wasnt a complete bust. I woke up early to give myself enough time to prepare juice for breakfast and lunch. I made a recipe that was called sunrise. It consisted of beets, oranges, and carrots. I never had beets before. It wasnt that bad. Quite good actually. My goal for tomorrow? I dont drink soda or sugared juices but I lately have not been drinking enough water which could explain the head aches. Tomorrow is another day and I will keep you posted along the way.CONTENT
