Tuesday, April 14, 2015. My chef has some down time. Each slow season, my chef gets some time off. The restaurant shuts down for about a month. This happens just after leaf peeper season and what we call in New Hampshire, mud season. Mud season is exactly as it sounds.
We had lots of fun and ended up with 213 logs of mushroom spores! Like I said, we are still on the learning curve! The blueberries are here! Audrey .
