Bells of Ireland are strange flowers, they seem almost prehistoric or more like vegetables somehow. With nasty hidden spines that catch you unawares. Having said all that I really like them, architectural and unusual. two good words in my book! Hope you all have a lovely weekend. Friday, 10 October 2014. So apart from using every towel to stop the flood of water rea.
Thursday, February 18, 2016. Charlottes Brocante is tomorrow at 6 pm. The sweet things just keep rolling in for the Brocante. I absolutely adore this numbered ribbon. The frenchies use it for marking linens. We use it for fun. Keys from a chateau do fill up the palm of your palms. I think they fill up your heart more. They are full of faded French goodness with labels flaking off to perfection. And a little lantern too.
I cannot begin to think how many years I have spent trawling through the antiques markets of Paris and throughout France truffling out vintage French textiles and shabby chic , time-worn treasures, but my love of doing so quickly became an addiction - but an addiction which I have been happy to indulge in! Sunday, February 3, 2013. Graceland Gems and California Musings. So, we did it! We drove cross country this past week, arriving in California last night. I antiqued a little along the way, specifically in Nashville, Memphis, and Albuquerque. By far, I felt that Memphis had the most to offer and I will definitely be going back there on vacation.

Amelie is such a gorgeous ,colourful and vibrant film. It is one of my cosy up,comfort movies. the one I turn to when I need uplifting. The cast are truly an eccentric bunch of characters and the film consists of little cameos of their day to day lives, both comic and tragic, in Paris. The music, composed and performed by Yann Tierson is exquitite! Had a fantastic.

Stimulate my heart surrender my mind. Let the love you feel inside radiate. May our asses get fatter, and our stomachs get flatter. I need to get laid. Put me in a coffin, let my soul ascend. Nothing is sexier than someone who wants you as much as you want them. Gretchen Rubin, The Happiness Project.
