Diary of a broken-up-with girl. There is no point in laying here awake in bed. So I guess writing is the thing to do. That was a nasty dream last night. Waking up to realize it was true sucked even more. Sad, sick feeling in my tummy. Hooray, I feel wretched.

I just have to reconcile myself to the fact that summer is done for another few months and autumn is now blessing us with cool temperatures, beautiful color and the smell of leaves burning when we walk outside. Memories of those days when our kids were small and Fred raised pumpkins .
