My name is Siaron West, I have been married to Peter Rees for 12 years and we have a 7 year old daughter Catrin. Pete was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 1995 and for the last 6 years has been severely disabled whereby he is confined to a wheelchair with a catheter and a feeding tube into his stomach.
