Initially, I did not envision going beyond abstracts. I wanted to create cutting edge images. With each new piece I learned techniques that gradually led to more images being a controlled intentional process. Friday, August 7, 2009. Postcards from Rising Sun. Once again, we are going to do the Postcards From Rising Sun exhibit. The show is open to all ages 18 and over and will be on display at the Pendleton September 4 - 26. Work should be an artist original 5x7 piece showcasing the beautiful Rising sun area with its interesting landscapes, people, historic buildings, and river. Each artist can submit up to 5 entries. Framing is not required, but, a mat or appropriate finish is appreciated. Times are tou.CONTENT
