Sweet Berry Fougasse is a recipe from Craig Kominiak, former Navy cook and owner of Ecce Panis in New York. Were the kickoff recipe from Baking With Julia for the TWD group. The group also tackled his Whole Wheat Loaves. And Foccacia, although I did not bake the latter. The Fougasse uses focaccia dough as a base for a morning pastry of sorts, topped with fruit and a streusel mixture prior to baking.

Good selection of birds in Shooters Bottom, no huge numbers except for Common Whitethroat which are very numerous at the moment. 2 noisy family parties of Stonechat. 3 Wheatear, 1 Whinchat, 6 Willow Warbler, 2 Reed Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler 45 Common Whitethroat, 3 Lesser Whitethroat.
