We went for a quick overnight trip to the Beach in St. It was such an awesome resort and the beach was incredible. Too bad the Ocean was still a bit on the cold side to go swimming. Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Christmas last year was my last post. This year has been a fine year for us. Our first teenager ever! A bustling household and crazy long carpool drives keep it entertaining. Plus, we bought our second home ever and have officially declared. This part of town our part of town. I have had the desire to blog again. Life has been so busy, that I am not sure if I can fit one more thing. It is funny, because I do not find it hard to fit in a season Downton Abbey or Survivor. So here I go again. Today is the first say of Spring Break. I guess it is called a Staycation? Ethan and Kalem were thick as thieves running around in the tunnels.

Tuesday, September 06, 2011. First Day of School 2011. The summer is officially over and the new school year is upon us. I really was done with the little to no routine. We needed to have a schedule and I was out of ideas to keep everyone busy everyday. But, it is always bitter sweet because not only are they gone from me, but it means they are getting older.

Monday, October 18, 2010. Up until then, I had never had much of a desire to run a marathon, but now I did. I immediately looked online to see if Istanbul had a marathon. And sure enough, they did. The EurAsia Intercontinental Marathon - the only marathon in the world to cross two continents - and it was on October 17th, exactly 5 months away.
