Friday, January 9, 2009. I started Traditional Shotokan Karate in the early eighties, I trained with Sensei John Richards Shihan and Barry Rainford Godan Zen-Shin Association, KUGB; whilst in former West Germany with the Armed Forces. I eventually started my own Karate School in Germany and joined Sensei John Gilliland 5th Dan Gakushuin Association, EKGB. Having established schools within Germany I left the Forces in 1997 and moved back to the UK, Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Come and join me, just .CONTENT
