Kuun alussa, kun starttailin blogin hyvinvointikalenteria. Kerroin unen ja palautumisen olevan yks kolmesta. Mun mielestä tärkeimmästä hyvinvointiin, terveyteen ja jaksamiseen liittyvistä tekijöistä. Musta oli ilahduttavaa huomata, että kommenttien perusteella monet teistä oli mun kanssa samaa mieltä! Välillä musta nimittäin tuntuu, että ihmiset aliarvioi liikaa unen ja palautumisen merkitystä keskittyen jatkuvasti vaan paahtamaan täysillä eteenpäin kuin koneen lailla ja se huolestuttaa mua.
