I elected to take only drawing materials and regretted not having my oils to paint the glorious model. I dont usually have dark skin to paint, so missed opportunity there. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Sharon Elizabeth Eley was born on the 19th of August 1951 in Wellington New Zealand to Irish immigrant parents Alfred and Wilhelmina Lilley. She was an only child. Her parents wanted to migrate to Australia but could only do so if they went to New Zealand first. Sharon and her parents finally moved to Australia when she was about four and settled in Brisbane where Sharon started her education. At Cooma Hospital she went on to be a gifted .
