Saturday, 23 May 2015. This week the children have fed the butterflies leaves and sugar solution in order to keep them healthy and have released them now into the conservation area. Friday, 15 May 2015. Year 1 Trip to Hilliers Gardens.
Monday, 1 June 2015. We have now begun our final half term of Year 2! Our new topic is Bug Hotel. For this topic the children will get the opportunity to learn about a variety of different bugs and insects. We will explore their habitats and find out how they are different. We will be doing lots of outdoor learning offering the children great opportunities to explore our school grounds. Tuesday, 5 May 2015.

Wednesday, 22 July 2015. Year 5 end the year with a real show of talent! The year draws to a close and in Year 5 we have been treated to an amazing Talent Show - it was what the children decided they wanted as their Marble Jar reward! Our new Stone Age to Iron Age project began when a curator from Winchester City Museum dropped off some strange artefacts for us to investigate! The children didnt know where or from what time period they came from. They had to use their inference and deduction skills to work out where they had come from.
