On New Years Day, we drove South towards San Diego to check out La Jolla Cove pronounced la hoy-ya. Several people at FBC had told us it was a really nice beach and area, and they were right! There were lots of others visiting La Jolla too! There are lots of quaint shops to look in but most were closed since it was New Years Day. Think it would happen. But.It.Did! This is what it looked like from our upstairs window at 630 am. The snow looking out to the left of our house. It was fun to see people .
