Each morning we feed the yeasty mud with some more sugar and ginger. Despite the sound of it, it is downright fascinating watching it bubble away. The bug is still growing. Monday, 9 August 2010. Finally got the top finished - woohooo! Coconut, apricot and date loaves - delicious! We had our fair shares of knocks and bumps this weekend.
